Connection Error: 404/ TSYS URL Update

If you are receiving the following error when swiping a credit card:
Connection Error: 404/

You need to update the Credit Gateway URL:

  1. Open Store Operations: Administrator

  2. Go to: File > Configuration

  3. Go to the EDC Tab, and click on 'Advanced Options...'

  4. Click on 'Advanced' at the bottom-left of the menu

  5. On the Credit Gateway URL field, click 'Edit'

  6. Enter the following info: ssl1.tsysacquiring.net/scripts/gateway.dll?transact

You should now perform a test transaction to confirm the system processes credit cards.
