If you are receiving the following error when swiping a credit card:
Connection Error: 404/
You need to update the Credit Gateway URL:
- Open Store Operations: Administrator
- Go to: File > Configuration
- Go to the EDC Tab, and click on 'Advanced Options...'
- Click on 'Advanced' at the bottom-left of the menu
- On the Credit Gateway URL field, click 'Edit'
- Enter the following info: ssl1.tsysacquiring.net/scripts/gateway.dll?transact
You should now perform a test transaction to confirm the system processes credit cards.
