Creating a Time Card Report

If you are interested in running a report that shows time card information. Please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to Store Operations - Manager

  2. Click 'Utilities' | 'Crystal Reports' | 'Time Card Report'

  3. On the 'Sort By' tab, select 'Date In' under the 'Level 1 Sort Field' box

  4. Click the 'Criteria' tab

  5. Set the 'Field Name' to 'Date In'

  6. Set the 'Operator' to 'Between'

  7. Set the start date of the pay period in the first box and set the end date of the pay period in the 2nd box

  8. Click the 'Add' button on the bottom-right

  9. Click 'Generate' at the bottom to run the report.

    Note: You can play around with how the report is grouped by changing the field that you select in Step 3.

Congratulations, you have successfully created a Time Card Report.
