If you are interested in running a report that shows time card information. Please follow the steps listed below:
- Log in to Store Operations - Manager
- Click 'Utilities' | 'Crystal Reports' | 'Time Card Report'
- On the 'Sort By' tab, select 'Date In' under the 'Level 1 Sort Field' box
- Click the 'Criteria' tab
- Set the 'Field Name' to 'Date In'
- Set the 'Operator' to 'Between'
- Set the start date of the pay period in the first box and set the end date of the pay period in the 2nd box
- Click the 'Add' button on the bottom-right
- Click 'Generate' at the bottom to run the report.
Note: You can play around with how the report is grouped by changing the field that you select in Step 3.
Congratulations, you have successfully created a Time Card Report.
