System Settings: General Settings

What are General Settings?

The General Settings page allows the user to provide and update general information about the winery. A  user can add and alter the winery's primary contact information, as well as enable email notifications for Fulfillment Houses.  

 

Editing General Settings

1) In the vinSUITE admin panel, click the orange 'Settings'  button in the top right of your screen. From the drop-down menu, choose 'System Settings'. 

 

2) The System Settings will open in the work space. The General Settings page will open first as the default page.

3) Complete the appropriate fields.

A.png  Winery Name Enter the name of the winery.
B.png  Primary Email

Enter the primary email address for the winery.

Note: This is the primary email address that vinSUITE will use to send out general notifications to your winery. You can enter multiple email addresses, separated by a comma and no space. 

Additionally, this email address that will send Newsletters and Marketing emails to winery customers. If multiple addresses are entered, Newsletters and Marketing emails will be sent from the first email address, and vinSUITE notices will be sent to all email addresses.

You can also include the winery name in parenthesis after the email address without a space, and the winery name will be displayed in the From: field when emails are sent from the winery.

Enter the address of the winery.

Please include the street address, city, state, and zip code for the location.

Send Drop Ship emails to Fulfillment House Checkbox

The 'Send Drop Ship emails to Fulfillment House' checkbox enables the system to send shipment notifications to the selected Fulfillment House.

Tip: If you have a fulfillment house that is handling the packaging and shipping of your products, you should select this checkbox! 

Note: The Fulfillment House is set up on a State-by-State basis for integration with ShipCompliant under the Shipping Section > State Profile > Compliance & Shipping Setting.

 

4) Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save any adjusted General Settings.
