Enable Fulfillment Settings
Note: These steps are only applicable if you have contacted the vinSUITE Client Services Team to enable permissions for Fulfillment. If you are interested in using the Fulfillment feature, please contact the vinSUITE Client Services Team at support@vinsuite.com.
1) On your winery home page, click the Setting Icon.
2) The Settings window will open. Navigate to the Fulfillment tab.
3) On the Edit Fulfillment Setting page, complete the appropriate fields.
UPS Account Settings

Add Packaging |
Click the 'Add Packaging' button to add a new package to the list below. For additional information on adding a new package, please visit the eWinery Shipping Package Configuration page. |
4) Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
Note: To utilize all of the Fulfillment features correctly, you must additionally:
- Add the appropriate Shipping Packages in System Settings
- Please visit the eWinery Shipping Package Configuration page for more information.
- Ensure all UPS Shipping Types you plan on using are updated in the Shipping Types and Shipping Rates section.
- Please visit the Shipping and Taxes page for more information.
- Ensure product information is up-to-date, especially size and weight of products
- Please visit the Adding a First-Party Wine Product page for more information.
Once the Fulfillment settings are configured correctly, all orders that will be shipped (noted in the Shipping and Handling section of OMS) and have a 'Completed' order status, should display in Order Fulfillment. You are now ready to process Fulfillment Orders!
