eWinery Fulfillment: Edit a Fulfillment Order

Edit a Fulfillment Order

Note: Before continuing, verify all the Fulfillment Settings are configured. For additional information, please visit the eWinery Enable Fulfillment Settings page. 

Once the Fulfillment settings are configured correctly, all orders that will be shipped, and have a 'Completed' order status, should display in the Order Fulfillment page.   

 

1) On your winery home page, click the Store Icon.

2) Scroll over the 'Orders' section and click on 'Fulfillment' in the drop-down list.

3) The Order Fulfillment panel will open. Enter the appropriate search criteria and click the 'Search' button.

A.png  From Date

Select the From Date, the beginning of the date range for the search parameters. 

B.png  To Date

Select the To Date, the end of the date range for the search parameters. 

C.png  Shipment Status

Select a Shipment Status from the drop-down menu to filter orders by their shipping status. You can select:

Any/All - Allows all shipment statuses to display in the search results. 

 

No Tracking; Needs Label - Only allows orders that do not have a tracking number, or a label, to appear in the search results.

 

Label Generation in Progress - Only allows orders that are pending label generation to display in the search results.

 

Returned to Winery - Only allows orders that have been returned to the winery to appear in the search results.

 

Delivery Attempted - Only allows orders with attempted delivery to appear in the search results.

 

Preparing for Shipment - Only allows orders that are prepared for shipment to display in the search results.

 

Shipped - Only allows orders that have been shipped to appear in the search results.

 

In Transit - Only allows orders that are currently in transit to appear in the search results.

 

Delivered - Only allows orders that have been successfully delivered to display in the search results.

D.png  Shipping Type

Select a Shipping Type from the drop-down menu to filter orders by their shipping method.

Example: Golden State Overnight, Ground, 2 Day, Will Call, etc.

Note: All Shipping Types that have been logged in the vinSUITE Shipping section will appear in the drop-down menu.

However, for the Fulfillment feature, the user has the opportunity to change to their preferred shipping method when creating a shipping label. 

E.png  Order Type

Select an Order Type from the drop-down menu to filter where the order was created. You can select:

Any/All - Allows all Order Types to display in the search results. 

 

Admin - Only allows orders created in the vinSUITE Admin Panel to display in the search results.

 

Club -  Only allows Club orders to display in the search results. 

 

Mobile POS - Only allows orders created in the Mobile POS to display in the search results.

 

POS - Only allows orders created in the Desktop POS to display in the search results. 

 

Store - Only allows orders created in the Website Store to display in the search results.

Enter the number of items in an order. 

 

4) The Search results will appear.

Note: The entries with an 'Add Shipping Label' icon LegacyAddLabelButton.jpg have not been fully processed and do not have a shipping label yet. 

The entries with a 'Shipping Label' icon eWinery_COMPLETE_Label.jpg already have a shipping label that is ready to print. These entries also have a shipping status that can be altered.

5) Click one of the action icons to edit the order.

Icon_-_Magnifing_Glass.PNG   Click the 'Magnifying Glass' icon to review the Order Summary and manage order transactions. 
eWinery_COMPLETE_Label.jpg  Click the 'Shipping Label' icon to go straight to the shipping label. You can also view the Shipping details, repackage the shipment, or create new labels from the Fulfillment editor.
Ellipsis.jpg Click the ellipsis to go straight to the Packing Slip. You can view and print the itemized Packing Slip for the order.

A.png  Order Summary

From the Order Summary tab, the summary displays for the related order:

  • Order Status
  • Order Number
  • Shipping and Billing  information
  • An itemized product list
  • Total amounts, with reductions and discounts
B.png Edit Order

The Edit Order tab opens the Order Management System for the related order (OMS). A user can change:

  • Shipping and Billing Information
  • Products 
  • Special Offers
  • Shipping and Handling
  • Taxes
  • Gift messages and Order Notes
  • Payment Information
C.png Edit Addresses

The Edit Addresses tab opens the Order Management System for the related order (OMS). A user can change:

  • Member Summary (Member Address)
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address
D.png Compliance From the Compliance tab, a user can commit an order and review any compliance information for the related order. 
E.png Notes From the Order Notes tab, a user can add or review any admin notes related to that order.

Note: Any notes describing processing errors can be found in the System Notes section.  

F.png Functions

From the Functions tab, a user can:

  • Copy the order
  • Cancel the order
  • Send the order confirmation 
  • Refresh the order information

Note: For completed orders, payments may have already been applied and the products may have already been shipped. Edit at your own risk.

G.png Refund From the Refund tab, a user can create a refund or review any refund information related to that order.
H.png Shipping The Shipping tab opens the Fulfillment editor for the related order.

A.png  Packaging

From the Packaging tab, a user can:

  • Select a new Fulfillment Shipping Method for a package
  • Redistribute products among package boxes by adding an 'Additional Package' to the order  

Note: For more detailed information about distributing products in packages, please visit the eWinery Package Distribution page. 

B.png  Labels

From the Labels tab, a user can view and print the most recent label(s). 

Note: For more detailed information about the Shipping Details screen, please visit the eWinery Fulfill an Order page. 

C.png  Packing Slip

From the Packing Slip tab, a user can view and print the itemized Packing Slip for the order. 

D.png  Invoice From the Invoice tab, a user can view and print the invoice for the order.

A.png  Order Number The Order Number is listed on the Packing Slip. 
B.png  SKU The Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for each product in this package is listed. 
C.png  Product The name of each product in this package is listed.
D.png Package The type of package is listed. 
E.png Tracking Number 

The tracking number for the entire order shipment is listed.  

Click the tracking number to return to the previously generated label(s).

Package Quantity

The quantity of products for this package is listed. 
G.png Print Button  The 'Print' button enables a user to print the Packing Slip for this order from a regular printer.
