TabletPOS : Sleep Mode

This article will walk you through on how to enable sleep mode on your TabletPOS.


When you are not using the TabletPOS, it is best practice to enable sleep mode. Please follow the instructions down below.


While logged in, select the cog wheel located at the top left of the screen.



Once the User Settings have been selected, you will be presented with options down below. Please select Sleep.




Next, you will want to confirm sleep mode by selecting the green thumbs up.




After confirming sleep mode, you will then be brought back to the pin pad screen. Once you see the pin pad screen you are now successfully in sleep mode.




Sleep mode is always best practice when your Mobile Point of Sale is not in use.
