This article will walk you through on how to enable sleep mode on your Mobile Point of Sale.
When you are not using the mobile point of sale, it is best practice to enable sleep mode when not in use. Please follow the instructions down below.
While logged in, select the cog wheel located at the top left of the screen. (Circled in red)
Once the User Settings have been selected, you will be presented with options down below (see picture). Please select Sleep.
Next, you will want to confirm sleep mode by selecting the green thumbs up.
After confirming sleep mode, you will then be brought back to the pin pad screen. Once you see the pin pad screen you are now successfully in sleep mode.
Sleep mode is always best practice when your Mobile Point of Sale is not in use.
